Order confirmation
The moment your order is placed, a confirmation email arrives with your order number and full receipt.
Hand packed in studio
Orders are whipped, poured and packed in small batches, then dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves the studio, a shipping email with a live carrier tracking link is sent to you.
