If a ritual isn't right for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return and issue a full refund on unopened items.

Because our formulas are made in small batches, opened products cannot be resold. If your experience wasn't what you hoped for, still write — we may offer a partial refund or credit.

Email care@soulcentements.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the parcel arriving at the studio.
